Dekstrip grey TPE strip flashing

The unique and patented internal aluminium strip allows the forming of almost any shape to seal and waterproof. Use with butyl mastic sealant and self-drilling screws to seal pipes, ducts, skylights, chimneys, bullnose, and curved roofing profiles.

Dektite continuous Dekstrip Flashing is without doubt one of the most versatile roof flashing materials available.

The edges of Dekstrip Flashing contain an expanding aluminium strip (in concertina form) totally encased by the grey coloured EPDM rubber flashing. The strip

allows the flashing to be pressed around any form of roof profile – and maintain that shape.

Fastening may be done through the aluminium strip, or if the fastener has a large enough ‘head’ in between the aluminium. The head secures over the

gap.

Suitable for flashing rectangular and circular penetrations of virtually any size.

Exclusive ‘concertina’ edges stretch up to 25% and retain shape over virtually any profile.

No wastage – simply cut to length required.

May also be used to form weather-proof expansion joints, join irregular roof profiles etc.
