DFDektite Diverter flashing

For High/Low Roof Pitches

No ponding or damming! The large base of the Dektite Diverter flashing dramatically reduces and diverts rain water back up that can occur on very low or high pitched roofs and deep ribbed roofing profiles. No need to cut around pipes, just quick straight lines for the square base.

Dektite Diverter flashings are specially designed to get water away fast on any roof profile without the problem of damming between ribs. A unique corrosion resistant aluminium and rubber flange can easily be formed into the contours of the roofing sheet to form a neat flat tray, making it impossible for water to collect.

Neither weather nor movement will affect the flexibility of these tough EPDM or silicone rubber products and because the flashing flexes with any roof or pipe movement without cracking you get a perfect leakproof seal every time.

Red and grey Silicone will withstand constant temperature at the roofline of -50°C to 200°C and up to 250°C intermittently

Unrestricted flat tray area prevents water damming between ribs.

Pleated edges provide extra material to follow any profile contour.

Flexible rubber sleeve allows for movement between pipe and roof.

Aluminium side strips for best possible sealing and drainage.

The pipe sleeve can be trimmed to fit the exact diameter required and the base can be cut back for a neat ‘custom made’ appearance. Four standard sizes cater for all pipe diameters from 75mm to 610mm and a retrofit soaker flashing (RFS4) will handle pipe sizes 235mm to 425mm. All soaker flashings may be used on roof pitches up to 60º.
